Anyone out there who I can talk with via telephone about my iPad Mini? I need help with resetting iCloud, getting apps, etc.......so frustrated:posting:.
Go to an Apple store. To get them set up is not the easiest thing.

There is an Apple club, as I recall, try looking on this website under the club listings, or a search using apple.

Well, I have a log in password but now icloud keeps asking me to sign in every 30 seconds, ugh.........password I use seems different, I gotta talk it out on the phone I think.....oh man....

If you are having trouble with your password, just go to this site and they will send you an email to reset it. Your AppleID is probably [or should be] your email address.
Be advised, this is to reset the password on your Apple Account, which includes iCloud features.

usually your email address and you may be making a basic password mistake.

Just call Apple.
They have excellent customer service. They will walk you through it step by step. They are very patient and it is free.
