Now that you have put the second picture...this looks like upstate NY....on one of the Finger Lakes....just my opinion...where ever it is it is beautiful!!!

Mik..OMG thank you for sharing with me where he is....the picture is gorgeous! It really does look like Upstate NY....in the FL area....perhaps we will have to go visit Michigan next year....WOW so pretty....makes me miss NY a little....very little...but just a little...perhaps Nonie and a few others will take some pics...send them down!

Muncle....looking forward to your arrival or your new cars....??? Still stumped as I thought he was here already! :ohdear:

The pic was taken 2 miles from my house .....its called elk lake and its located 6 miles east of traverse city , michigan ....
My home is located on the south end of lake ........it is 4 miles wide and 9 miles long and 200 feet deep......
