We have two daughters. One lives with us, the other is divorced with two children and is a regional representative for a large dancewear company. She lives in West Chester, Ohio. She graduated college with a degree in Speech Therapy. Interesting how that worked out.
Many of you have met the daughter who lives with us. After an eleven year stint working at McDonalds, she retired after a bout with breast cancer and assisted me in my business. Now we are both retired. She is a joy to have around!
GG, I have met Helene your lovely daughter and look forward to meeting your other daughter. We have two sons - Scott lives near Palo Alto, and is a co-founder of a Silicon Valley firm. We have three granddaughters out there - 5, 3, and 6 months. Our younger son lives in Athens OH. He is an environmentalist and has written three books.

I aways wanted sons and we were blessed with 3 of them!
Our oldest and youngest live in Louisville, Ky. Oldest works for a hospital in IT, and has a beautiful 5 year old girl,( who is the light of my life), a wonderful, (thank the dear lord) wife, who is about to give birth to a little boy in December. We are so excited about having a Grandson and will be making trips up north quite frequently to see the Grandchildren.
Our youngest is a fairly new pilot with Chautauqua Airlines, a company that seems to be weathering this airline crises well.
Our middle son lives in Santa Fe and is in the Hotel Industry in sales and hopes to relocate closer to home after this market improves and business picks up.....they are really feeling the effects of this economy right now.
Thanks for starting this thread GG....I love reading about everyones families and getting to know them better.

Somewhere in the deep dark past of TOTV there's another thread like this, but I have no idea where!
Two daughters. One in St. Louis, the "right arm" of the Ladue School Board (Ladue is the wealthiest suburb, and excellent shools). Her husband of 10 years teaches math at the High School. No kids of their own, but three of his, one of whom is now away at college, one getting ready for college and the third fast coming up on her elder sisters!
Other daughter is in Broomfield, CO, just north of Denver. She's been in CO almost 25 years and won't ever leave (even though she always complains about the see-saw weather there!). Her husband of only one year is an IT guru with a Wendy's franchiser. They're without kids, and I frankly don't want her to have one - she'll be 47 in December and I think that's a little too risky an age.

Two CPAs with small corporations, One Power Broker with Hess Oil, One Police Officer, One Mailman and "the Princess" is a relocation specialist on site with her company at Bristol Myers. Honey and I have been married for 30 years and have two children.
Michael is 29 and lives in England with his wife and 3 children. He joined the Army right out of high school and was stationed in Japan. After a year in Iraq he left the Army but now works for the Gov't. He is also a PhD candidate at Cambridge University.
My baby Karen is a bride of about 23 hours! We are home recovering from her beautiful wedding yesterday, a wonderful crisp New England fall afternoon. She is 28, lives here in RI and is a pharmacist for CVS.

I have two sons.
Our oldest son lives in Michigan and will be celebrating his 2nd Anniversary on October 21, 2009. My daughter-in-law is a wonderful person and welcome joy to our family. My son has a degree in Marketing, Logistics and Management, with a Masters in International business. Due to the economy in Michigan he will be out of a job by the end of the year. Second time in the past 3 years. Keeping our fingers crossed he can find another job real soon.
Our youngest son moved to Arkansas March of 2008 to live with us. He has been a big help since I was having some health problems. He cooks, cleans and chauffeurs me around. It was a real blessing having him here while we were preparing the house to put on the market.
At this time he plans on moving with us to TV.

My daughter is a middle school principal in Maryland. She has four assistant principals who are terrific, and they make her job so much easier. She is a huge GIANTS fan, and when they win she gives every student a piece of candy...so needless to say they root for her team. :a040:
My son and my husband keep a watchful eye on us from heaven, so I know I always have plenty of prayers and guidance from above.

Amity and I are very proud of our only daughter Kris. She is 42 and is Vice President of Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York. She is married and has two boys, Jack (13) and Sean (10). Onondaga Community College, under her direction has one of the highest annual grrowth enrollments in the country. She was recently interviewed by the New York Times about that success.
In addition to her job at the college, she attends as many of the boys ball games as possible, works out at the gym, she is in a PhD program in Rochester. She needs the PhD to advance to a Presidency in the future. IN addtion to all of that, she is fit, trim and beautiful.:)

Bear with me as I brag about my only 28 year old daughter I love so much.
She is very very smart. She went into a gifted program in 3rd grade. Been top of her class ever since. She graduated with honors from Cornell in Human Factors and Ergonomics Engineering. Received a fellowship from NIOSH funding her Masters and providing a salary. She is President of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. She has about 5 pages or titles of research on the internet... She picks her jobs and where she wants to live including California and New York City. Right now she lives on the North side of Chicago and is a consultent for US companies abroad.
Again, too many to name but she has worked in China, India, Spain, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland on and on. She has even paid for her parents to see some of these countries.
But here is what makes me so proud. She gives all her spare time helping others. She spent 4 months in Ireland volunteering for the Irish Wheelchair Society's rehabiitation center. When she is in the US, she works for the Humane Society, food kitchens and others. I mean this girl will wash dishes by hand for hundreds for 4 months in Ireland spending her own money. :eclipsee_gold_cup:
She is my best friend.
