An eclectic group, to be sure.

I'd really like it if Obama could attract Warren Buffett and Colin Powell into cabinet positions, as well. He's mentioned them both specifically. Powell has basically said he would consider serving, if asked. I don't know about Buffett. It might be a good way for him to transition Berkshire Hathaway to the new management and at the same time finish his life doing something for "the greater good".

I know there's a separtion between the Executive and Legislative branches, but I would love it if Obama could somehow get the word out that he'd like replacements for both Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. That would be a huge step in the right direction.

I've heard that Warren Buffett does not want a cabinet position, but it's good to know he's an Obama supporter and will be there to advise in any way he can. I do wish he would accept the position.

I agree with you on Bufett and Powell. I think Powell would fit in really good. He would be of most help with Military Affairs. And really agree with you on Pelosi. If he is elected, will be interesting to see his picks for all the positions.

Did anyone watch Meet the Press but me? Colin Powell clearly said this was not part of his decision in any way. He had very concise reasons for endorsing Obama. Race wasn't one of the, cabinet post wasn't one of them. Why is everything a "Conspiracy Theory" with the Republicans? Twisted! :yuck:
Certainly shows the way the "conservatives" think. Always a hidden agenda. That's straight out of the RNC playbook. :evil6:

i watched it, and heard what you did. Espically the part about the photo from the headstone of the soldier that was muslim. makes you think. He is good enough to fight and die for this country, but then they want to disown him coz he was a muslim.. It dont matter what Colin P. said on the show, it will get twisted by the Republican mind set. There has to be plot there somewhere i have already heard..
