Has anyone had rectified tile installed without grout?

I believe you have to use grout for all rectified tile installations. The tile has very even edges and can use much narrower grout lines, but still needs grout. Large tile with similar colored grout blends in to look almost seamless. I love the look with polished tile.

I agree, I cannot imagine a tile floor without grout between the tiles. If you are asking about very thin grout lines, contact Dal-Tile (distributor) for specific tile and grout recommendations, you do not want to make a mistake. Then make sure the installer can do want you want the way you want it done.
Hope this helps.

Yes, we had it installed. ( Dal-tile porcelain) The grout is thinned out but is still applied.

When did you have this done? Are you happy with the results?

We did not have this type of tile installed, I was talking to Dan, and he has experience installing this type of tile in the manner you asked about. Dan has installed a backsplash and knee wall tile for use, and the same as well as tradition tile floors for several neighbors. All were very happy with his work. Give him a call, 610-496-7320.
