Is it me or is everyone in a hurry at Boone Gate?

Is it me or is everyone in a hurry to run the stop signs located at Boone Gate on the historic side?:shrug:

I find that most don't stop at stop signs. Behind the line or behind the sign. They Roll through so you don't know if they are stopping or running on through. Then, some stop going into roundabout when they don't have to when no vechicles are in site.
Whether they stop or not at stop sign when vechicles are not there is no business of mind. But, at 4 way stops IMO your not inline till you STOP! And if you don't stop I am assuming they are running the stop sign.

I sat at the corner of Mclin and counted 93 out of 100 cars or carts did not stop at the stop sign when no one was coming.

Bingo - A couple years ago a lady got hit in her golf cart here and several days latter died. It appears she stopped for the stop sign but forgot incoming traffic did not have a stop sign.
Let's get the engineer that concluded we don't need stripes to study if we need a 4 way stop here.

The only problem would be if the flow of traffic backed up from the highway but since they have to wait for the gate anyway it's probably not an issue. If they found that to be a problem they could make it a 3 way stop with 3 way signs posted which would also help.
