CPA/Tax Accountant wanted for Florida Rental Property

We currently have an accountant in New York that prepares our taxes. We own rental property in Florida and would prefer a local accountant that is experienced in rental property.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I use Lorette Belgraier, and she does a great job. She's very clear about what she can do and what she can't do. Like we need an LLC for a piece of property we have, and although she can do our taxes for it once set up, she referred us to a lawyer to get it set up. Otherwise, we also had some complicated issues, and she was great giving us choices and her recommendations.
