You know Chels...have a heart. That was so not needed....he is good person...has the right to vote for who he wants...and was/is a good contributor to Political...whether I agreed with him or not. He is a good debater and I have enjoyed reading his posts...and was concerned that mean spirited people may have pushed him away.

Cassie, Chels was kidding...she has a wonderful sense of humor, that I hope she never looses. I think using humor is vitally important in life, it gets us through so many hard times. Learining to laugh at yourself is a great gift, and Chels has that gift.

I stopped posting not because I cant stand the heat....been there many times and it doesnt bother me.

On this board and in this election, the term racist and hater has been thrown at me amd MANY others simply because I /we dont agree with the idealogy of a candidate. THAT to me is unfair and uncalled for. That is why I am not posting here....those kind of statments are MORE distasteful and hurtful than anything I have heard in politics. Calling someone a racist or a hater when your candidate is criticized is NOT politics...it is simplemindness !!

Bucco, I agree with you. Just to clarify, I have never called you or anyone a racist or a hater. And even when you and others called me an "Elitist" it really didn't bother me.

I've always enjoyed our bantering. I'm not always as serious about it as you are, but that's just two different personality types. Nothing wrong with that. :smiley:
