Need Rental Advise

My wife and I are purchasing a Patio Villa to use as a vacation home and would like to rent it out when we are not here. I prefer not to use a management company but would like to try to handle it myself. Where could I find a "caretaker" to handle any problems that the tenant might have and to inspect the property after the tenant leaves so that I can return the deposit.

There are a few. I use Cunningham Home Services. They provide home watch when it's vacant and assist renters when occupied.
