If Donald Trump was running as a Democrat now would all these republicans vote for him?

I'd still be voting for Rubio, why?

Your inference is that voters only vote their party.
That may be true for a large percent of the voting public that will rationalize why they will vote their party and then there are those who put party first, no matter what.

What you are suggesting is that if Trump were a democrat he would have all his current values and beliefs. We know that would not be possible and remain a democratic candidate.

So, while an intellectual exercise at best and bait at worst.......it really is not a viable question given the differing party philosophies on too many issues....especially those that delineate R or D.

His big government is certainly a HUGE curtsy to the Democrats as his viewing the Presidency as more imperial than a check and balance on Congress. His take on government is very much like the Democrats than the limited government pushed by President Ronald Reagan.

Wish that the 22 conservative voices would have woke some of the Republicans from Donald Trump's mass narcissist nightmare. The man does know how to work a crowd though like some kind of carnival barker.

You might as well get used to hearing him for the next four years, at least.
