The Colony and the Cabot Cove have the same footprint, so when you call, just say you have a patio villa. The price should be about $40 a month for basic lawn care, if you want weeding, fertilizer, pest control, that will add to the cost. Like the others have said, Deans has a good reputation and can provide all those services.

There aren't many full-service companies from which to choose in The Villages.
Deans doesn't mow in our area (mid Villages).
We used Service Smart (formerly Stellar) for years. We notice they are still running huge ads.
But running a large ad doesn't necessarily equal good service.

We've been using Falcon Lawn and Pest for eight months, and we like them.
They offer one-stop shopping including mowing, weeding, trimming shrubs, termite protection, and pest control inside and out.
