One of my pantry rollout shelves broke (yes I think it was overloaded with cans). I searched TOTV and found the name of the person who had worked with the original installer - Gary Shipley at Top Shelf Innovations. He was responsive by phone and came when he said he would, fixed the shelf and shored up the others, and was very reasonable. His phone is 352-988-0956
