Why Hillary (http://observer.com/2016/01/why-hillarys-emailgate-matters/)
If the article does nothing else, especially amid all that has already been said and published about the illgality and sensitivity (and lack of it), it should inspire anybody with any doubts about her actions to do as much home work as possible.
The blatant attitude by Clinton and her staff speaks volumes to an above the law, don't worry attitude.
Any other private citizen or military person from private to general or admiral would have been prosecuted by now.
We know the party has circled it's wagons around Clinton. However there will come a time when a final accounting willbe made. How could she possibly be excused or pardoned or ignore what she has done.
If she were a member of anything except the democratic party, the outcry would have come long ago for her to be dealt with.
How can anybody in the face of the mounting evidence continue to support her for POTUS. Can one imagine if she actually were to be nominated and then elected how dangerous she would be. There would be no wrong she could do that she would be held accountable. She would be following in the footsteps of Obama who has already made a mockery of enforcing the constitution and slectively ignoring any laws that get in the way of his agenda.
Anyway the odds of her being nominated are about the same as in 2007....she will fail. Then all that remains will be what will her punishment be for her illegal and treasonous actions.....by design or not. As a lawyer she full well knows ignorance of the law is not a defense.
We already know some responders will go after the source. The responsible will take the message at face value and do something about it. Whether supporting or against Clinton there is something to be done by both.

What I find interesting is that no one seems to be addressing the fact that an uncleared person(s) maintained her server for her. It is not an issue of whether or not classified information was exposed to the uncleared. And it has been proven that there was classified information on that server, regardless of whether it was marked on not. And it does not matter if the information was confidential or top secret in nature, as far as the law is concerned. I am not sure whether the FBI is waiting to prosecute until they have enough to bury her, or waiting until they have enough to concrete over her grave afterwards so that she can't crawl back out. Right now it seems like they have enough to build a shopping mall over her grave.

I dont think anything will happen to her at this point until someone wants her out of the picture. Nixon left town by this point.

That's because he was a Republican. Rules aren't the same for the "reverse" party.

Boo Hoo! Why is everybody always picking on me? Try this one on for size.Lie by Lie: A Timeline of How We Got Into Iraq | Mother Jones (http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2011/12/leadup-iraq-war-timeline)
Compare what Hillary did to what Cheney did, whose offense is worse? Unless I miss my guess, Cheney is still walking the streets. Rules don't apply in Washington.

Sorry, but I don't read that liberal gay stuff. And if you think that putting national security in jeopardy is funny and trivial then you are an Anti-AMerican idiot and I have no use for you. So, if you want to complain about a past administration and use the blame Bush agenda, then start another thread. Hillary is a felon, and should be incarcerated for the rest of her life. As far as I am concerned, I would not be adverse to her execution for her part in Benghazi and the possible long lasting threat to our fellow Americans as a result of her violation of national security. She took an oath, signed a non-disclosure agreement and then blatantly disregarded both. If anyone else dies as a result of her negligent disregard for federal law, she should face the death penalty like any other traitor.

As long as there is a D by the name it does not matter....it is their candidate no matter what...damaged goods or not doesn't matter.....felon or not....
they follow the talking points and party direction to a fault even putting their country at continued risk.....
I have said it before if Charles Manson was running as long as he had a D after his name they would blindly support and defend him as well.

No, you only read right wing nonsense. The person that I responded to said Republicans were always the victim. He/she was crying in his/her beer. Bush/Cheney didn't put national security in jeopardy. They put the entire world's security in jeopardy. They manufactured intelligence to suit their own needs. They lied to the Congress to get the authorization to invade Iraq. They ignored Americans that were on the UN Iraq inspection team, who said Iraq didn't have weapon of mass description. I have said this before, "W' was a good man with a very bad advisor, Cheney.
Name something that Hillary did that even comes close to what they did? She may have hurt US security. Can you name one case where intelligence taken from her server has hurt the US? I hate defending. So, take your liberal gay stuff and shove it. You know where it is a well travel area of your body. You know the song you sing on a regular basis. Macho is okay, but gay is the way. Name calling is a two way street.
How many hearing have they had on Benghazi? It is nothing more than a political stunt. The CIA director at the Benghazi site didn't want the security forces protecting them to go and help US Ambassador there. He was right there. So, he be put to death? How many hearing did they on Benghazi as opposed to the Iraq war? There or four thousand died in the Iraq war, and they are still dying. Four died in Benghazi. You are going to try and sit there and compare the two!
Comparing the wrong doing of the past administration to the wrong doing of Clinton isn't unreasonable. Let the punishment fit the crime. If Hillary's law breaking deserves the death penalty. Then, you holier than true blue American how many times should Bush/Cheney be killed? Cheney is still out there trying to convince people that he did nothing wrong despite all evidence to the contrary.
Don't read the article! We wouldn't want you to change your warped view of history.

Thanks for the input. We should hear different takes on this on TOTV. So many posts just come from vomiting up whatever Fox News is swilling that day or week. Or their numerous counterparts.
If something was really there in this Hillary Gate, the Congressional Committees on this should have found it.
And is this not a fairly normal situation among some people in DC of having personal and professional e-mail addresses and mixing up the two? I really do not see the intent needed here to indict Secretary Clinton on intentional crimes. Her and her team made some very stupid decisions with respect to the e-mails.

What I don't get, with all this talk of Democrats being a preferred party, and the poor old Republicans, is why Colin Powell got away with it and no one said anything. He has admitted upfront on a number of public broadcasts, that he did the same thing with the email , And there has been no investigation, no public outcry, it's like no one even cares. Yet Hillary Clinton deserves the death penalty? What planet are you people on?

Secretaries of State from both parties have used personal emails for White House business, and several offiicials from the Bush administration were criticized for it, including Karl Rove. Sounds like it happens with some regularity. Clinton is just the latest culprit, and because of her high profile it is getting more media mileage.

There are two different systems used in the State Dept. One is the open net, which is tied into the Internet. It is used for everyday unclassified systems, including foreign nationals that work at the embassy. The other network is a closed, classified system. Foreign nationals and uncleared persons do not use that system. That system is usually used with classified up to Secret and is encrypted. Top Secret is NOT used on that one either. That is passed by an entirely different media. She knows better and yet she violated a MAJOR federal law. She should be prosecuted to the fullest.

You do not understand how the law works. Personal emails for business is one entirely different issue. Unclassified information being sent on an open network is one thing. To transmit classified information on an unsecured system is a violation of federal law. Don't confuse the two. Killary will have you believe that others did it because she believes that no one understand how the system works. She is wrong. She is a liar. She is a lawyer and that should be enough to convince anyone that she is a liar.

Dear Guests:
In a court of law and in the court of public opinion its not what you know but what you can prove. Often vital evidence is withheld in a court because of discovery procedures, etc. In the case of Hillary critical and relevant evidence is being withheld, trivialized, ignored, stalled etc. Why? Because we have an Administration that knows the poison that is Hillary's will spill over to them.
Why would the State Department refuse to hand over material that has been clearly identified as being top secret with the excuse that well its top secret and no one can see it?
Hillary's actions with the e-mail server and Benghazi were criminal and there are those who know that if Hillary goes down the tentacles of justice could eventually reached to them also.
Congressional leaders both Democrats and Republicans are weak. They can't or won't make the tough choices. This Administration is only interested in advancing the progressive agenda and at ANY cost.
There have been a number of impeachable issues, some criminal, in the past but federal bureaucracy is both corrupt and hence lacking the will to act.
So in my view posters can play one up-manship meantime the jackals in Washington are always going to get the last laugh...and quite frankly I tired of being laughed at.
Personal Best Regards:

Well, it looks like even Obama is sweating a bit about killary's emails. Some of them are tied to him, not that they are classified that we know of. But, the White House does not want those emails released. It looks like there will have to be a presidential pardon for Hillary to get them all out of this jam. The DOJ says that some of the emails that were scheduled for release yesterday were too highly classified and could not be released to the public, even redacted. Killary has produced high dollar lawyers to run damage control for her, insisting that there is nothing there to see. She insists that none of her emails were "marked" with classifications. How stupid does she think America is? Classification markings do not make the material classified. The content of the material makes it classified, and she knows it. She claims to have years of experience in the government, and yet she also says she did nothing wrong. Anyone that has ever worked for the government or the military knows how to handle classified information properly. Not only is she a blatant liar, but she is a career criminal. The Clintons have gotten away with decades of criminal activity and now it's finally coming back to claim them. Whether the gov covers up for her is dependent on exactly how corrupt the gov really is. If they cover for her on this, then they open themselves for a lot of civil cases by those that have been convicted of spying, mishandling of classified, or even fired from the government. I wonder if this administration really feels that Killary is worth all the trouble it will cause if they let her off of this major crime. And this is a major felony crime. She might be able to convince uninformed/naive followers that she didn't do anything wrong, but she won't be able to convince the court or a jury. But, I remember Mayor Marion Barry being reelected after serving time in jail for drug related charges, so it will not surprise me if the corrupt liberals support her on this. I wonder how many of her staff will have to pay for her management.

Does anyone believe that hillary won't use blackmail to get out of this, just like every other Clinton criminal act in the past? She probably believes that not only will she survive this, but will add on sympathy support from the ignorant lemmings.
