466a Construction Progress

Is the construction on 466A near Pine Hills suspended for some reason? Haven't read much about it lately. There just doesn't seem to be much progress lately. I know there were funding issues, but I thought those issues were for the area nearer Fruitland Park.
Traffic is getting worse by the week there near Microracetrack intersection.

Saw 3 guys talking, 1 guy walking & another guy operating a back hoe last Tues. @ 9:45 A.M. Went by 2 hrs. later & it was the same thing!
AT THIS RATE THE ROAD WILL BE COMPLETED IN 2050!
