It’s a secret multi model path to a now closed gate. It would be perfect for a kid’s golf car practice area. As I am a Methodist who now attends services at Eisenhower Rec Center, I am anticipating the gate will be opened to allow golf cart access to the new church when it is built. It will be a quicker, shorter journey for me.

The Church paid a lot of $$$$$ for land that was golf cart accessible. Their campus behind Southern Trace is also golf cart accessible.

We seriously hope you are kidding....do you really think "kids" need an area to practice how to drive a golf cart??..should we be worried about this thinking??

There is a Multi modal path to nowhere. It runs from Eisenhower along the north side of 44A and dead ends across from Brownwood.
I had thought they might connect it into that part of Collier between a couple of homes. It would keep those residents from having to go all the way around Eisenhower to get to Brownwood. But it just dead ends, and there is no visible space for it to go into the neighborhood.
That one is a mystery to me. Anyone have any info?

There is a Multi modal path to nowhere. It runs from Eisenhower along the north side of 44A headed west and then dead ends across from Brownwood.
I had thought they might connect it into that part of Collier between a couple of homes. It would keep those residents from having to go all the way around Eisenhower to get to Brownwood. But it just dead ends, and there is no visible space for it to go into the neighborhood in the future.

The path you are speaking of, if I am correct, stops at a large piece of ground that had a FOR SALE sign on it and was advertised as a commercial piece of property which would have golf cart access. I am most certain in time, you will see some sort of retail on that piece of ground. It's the one on the northeast corner of Powell and 44A. Of course, this is a different path than what the OP posted about, not to confuse anyone.

Yea, I kind of hi-jacked the thread. Sorry.
You are right it is a totally different MMP. Your explanation of the Eisenhower MMP being built for future commercial makes sense. It was just weird when we took it the first time thinking we would end up at Brownwood. OOPS! It is a road to nowhere at this point!

If it has to cross a stream, they could erect a BRIDGE TO NOWHERE along the way:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

There's a golf cart path to Promise Hospital which is outside of the Villages. In order to use the path back you need your gate card. They may put a gate on the path to the church for security purposes.
