I recently moved from Atlanta GA and I am in search of a hair sylist : looking for a recommendation for highlights and low lights and a hair cut. My hair is a little past my shoulders. I am looking for the best hair sylist in the area. Please send me your recommenations. Thanks you so much,

Tuscany Day Spa and Salon in Lake Sumter Landing.

The team of hair stylists they have can handle most anything in front of them. They are usually pretty well booked....but my wife says worth the wait. Once a person becomes a regular then they (like my wife) lock in their future dates in advance.

Ask for a tour of their full service spa on the second floor.

My wife uses Helen (she is usually booked pretty far out). Ask the receptionist who they recommend if Helen is not available.

Try Ulta (the store) I'm having great results and reasonably priced

Salon Jaylee at Southern Trace and ask for Tyler. He does a great job!

My sister and I both go to Salon Jaylee in Southern Trace Plaza, Lindsay, she is the manager and one of the best I've been to, I am a former Cosmetologist and very fussy, also they use very good products, she sits down and consults with you, doesn't make you feel rushed to get in and out of the chair. I have sent several friends to her and all have been very pleased.

I used to go to Salon Jaylee, until I found Kodi at Salon Bozadjian on hwy 441. I have below shoulder length hair. She does my roots, highlights and lowlights and great cuts. She is the best in my opinion and her prices are much more reasonable than I was paying.

I also use Lindsay at Salon Jaylee at Southern Trace. She is a manager and I had given up on anyone who could do color and an edgy high style cut. They are not cheap but really good for both color and cut. I have people come up to me in Publix, restaurants and rec centers to ask me who does my hair. To me, most cuts here look like they are from the fifties....no style, no imagination etc. i have sent friends and they are all pleased.
