Our CYV community is painted all one color, a light beige. About six months ago they gave us permission to repaint with a different color. They gave us about 20 choices of colors to choose from. Out of 88 villas so far 4 have been repainted a different color and Oscar has done all four.

They did one on my street just last week. It made a big difference, they used a nice green color. What's odd is the first home he painted the owner told me it was $1100. The one on our block was charged about $1700. I figured it had to be one of two reasons. He gave the first homeowner a good price so he could get his sign in the yard and get his foot in the door. The other would be, he under estimated the price of the job and has since gone up. The first home had a bird cage and was a corner lot, a lot more work involved than an inside villa without a birdcage, such as the last home he did.

The four jobs he did here were all very nice and professionally done. He masked all the lanai screens, windows and covered the plants with drop clothes. If I were to have my villa painted by a professional I would choose Oscar.

Check out Omar's. He's done several in our Pennecamp area of designer homes.
