I purchased a Par Cart about 2 years ago and one of the items I purchased was a autofill battery system which makes it easier and more reliable to fill the batteries properly. The salesman I purchased it from and as I remember ads indicated that by purchasing the autofill system the battery warranty extended to 5 years.
Well now I think I may have a problem with the batteries and the sevice department says I am not covered because the salesman did not put in writing!! They do know that carts over that period did come with that type of covereage.
If there is anyone who purcased this option I would appreciate hearing from you and what you received in writing or if you have had the same problem I have.
Others reading this if you deal with that cart company make sure everything they say you get in writing ahead of time including all warranties. I think you will find that their warranties are of shorte duration than the major brands.
