Anyone know these doctors?

Dr. Higinio Serra

I'm preparing to select a PCP for the upcoming year. Wondering if anyone in TOTV-land has experience with any of the named doctors.

I know that Dr. Dinesh Khana and Dr. Higinio Serra are part of Premier Medical Associates which is the provider I have been going to. Dr. Serra did a biopsy on a mole I had (no problem) and was OK. No complaints so far with their practice.

Dr. Serra has been in Sumpter county for about thirty years, he had private offices in Bushnell and Panasoffkee. He was a surgeon that decided the malpractice insurance was too much and went into private practice then family practice with a group who is more interested in money than medicine. He has a son who is a plastic surgeon,who practices locally.

His bedside manner is horrible, and a very arrogant personality.
