I am having some trouble seeing the actual menus when the watch shows up. It just keeps winding and nothing shows up.

The site is probably poorly coded.
Looks OK to the author, but not every browser can pull it together.
Most likely there are missing pieces.

In this area, I rely on The Gourmet Club's website (http://thevillagesgourmetclub.com/) for a summary of menu items, prices, location, hours, reservation details, who's in charge and even reviews you can trust.
