renting your home

Does anyone have experience with Down Home Property Management that they are comfortable sharing? I plan on doing short-term leasing of my newly acquired Patio Villa and I got a good vibe after talking to DHPM.

My wife and I are renting out our house through them. They managed to find some nice people who are always on time with the rent and who seem to be taking good care of the house. While looking for renters, we also paid them for a month or so of keeping an eye on the house and letting deliveries in (it was a new house and needed a washer and dryer and a couple of other things that we couldn't be there for). The folks at Down Home seem nice enough and are responsive if you catch them on the phone but don't seem (in my experience) to check their emails quite often enough. I can recommend them.
