Sink hole in pimlico golf course

I heard there was a sink hole on pimlico golf course, not heard alot of feedback on this sinkhole. Any feedback??

Was news last week in one of the papers, small article, was under retention pound. Lost most of the water, birds was having feast with what fish didn't get sucked down the hole. Until the mud dries up some doubt much they can do? Have been by there don't know which pond? Big one behind the Rec. center. Wonder if it was the one? Liner probably was leaking under shallow ground with cavern under neath? I doubt you will here much about beings it was retention pond?

Anybody else got theory??????

It is the one along the second par 4 - hole 6, 7, 8. You can see it from the street.

It's the retention pond by the 6th and 7th holes. Maybe someone pulled the drain plug by mistake !

Played Pimlico this morning, starter said they're now refilling the pond...but will take awhile.
