I am new to forum and the villages. I am looking to have a ceiling fixture installed in the master bath. (There is no wiring to the spot I want the fixture located.) Can anyone recommend an electrician (or handyman) that does this type of work?
I am also considering tiling my lanai floor, and am looking for someone to install 12 x 12 or 24 x 24 inch tile.
Recommendations please.

My sister in Virginia Trace had a large tile job done last week by Wildwood Flooring, located in Wildwood Shopping Center, 352-748-0200. The owner, Luis Atiles and his two sons who work with him do excellent work. At least three others in Virginia Vines Villas have all used Wildwood, and were completely satisfied.
One of the items you might wish to consider, an additional cost, is installing a membrane over the cement. Slab construction in the South frequently omits rebars in the concrete which seems to then cauise surface cracks. With the membrane under the tile, you have some insurance that the underlying concrete cracks will not cause your tile or grout-lines to crack. Good luck. If you want to see the job, send me a PM.
