What hotels, motels have a discount for guests of the villages residents? And how does that work,, do I have to make the reservations?

I know the Waterfront Inn gave discounts a few years back if you were registered as a guest of a resident. I'm sorry l forget what the details were but I know they requested some information regarding the resident and then the guest received a percentage off. Wish I had more details for you but you may want to give them a call.

I’ve stayed at the Waterfront Inn and would say it’s an ok hotel. Only one glitch but they remedied right away. They may offer AAA discount.

It's called Family and Friends Discount. I don't know if they still have it but ask anyway. I thought that most hotels in The Villages, including the ones on 441, (Holiday Inn Express) offered it years back.

I went in with our guest and showed them my village ID and they got the room in their name with a 20% discount at Waterfront Inn.

I recently stayed in the Marriot Suites in Spanish Springs and it was good, you can get a discount online, when you are entering the dates for booking , there is a option below saying “special rates” , click that and then use corporate / promotional code, and enter LPR , (It stands for Local Promotional Rate).

Most of the good hotels, including The Waterfront Inn, offer a Villagers discount for your guests but I have gotten just as good and sometimes better rates asking for AAA or senior discount rates!
