I do not believe any of my alma maters will make the NCAA Tournament this year. These are the University of Nevada, Reno; the University of Denver and the University of Minnesota. Also spent about 10 days total in Provo, UT at BYU but that does not really make me a Cougar fan or a BYU Alumnus. I went there on a Merit Scholarship in 1982 to their Law School but was still in braces and in a corduroy suit chosen by my mother after a particularly charming sales person told us that was the "in" thing. It sure was not at BYU Law School. The Mormon girls there already had me pegged for suitable Mormon material though. I am a Lutheran not a Mormon but thought it would be interesting to experience a different culture. Too much and too fast though. I dropped out and decided to get a MA in Librarianship at the University of Denver before trying a stab at Law School again when I was a little more mature. Graduated from the U of MN Law School in 1989 which was a very liberal law school. Quite different from BYU Law School.

Being a Buckeye fan, I'm just hoping they make the tournament. They're a feisty, hard working team but pretty young. They need a couple of wins this next week to make it in.

My sister-in-law's U of VA Men's Basketball team is quite good this year. She is a graduate in computer science from there. And she also went to the school where the Remember the Titans events occurred. Remember the Titans (2000) - Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/remember_the_titans/)

Well, all you have to do it look at my sign-on name and you know I'm a WVU fan, for life. If WVU can get everyone healthy, the best pressing defense in America might have a shot. But it's a crapshoot. Playing 5 of the top 25 teams twice this season might help mold my alma mater into national champs for the first time, unless you count the 1942 NIT, which at that time was THE national tournament, even over the NCAA.

UConn is in, with an incredible shot by Adams, way beyond mid court, to force a fourth OT!!!

Won it the fourth OT. An instant classic!

I would be happy if they made it to the sweet sixteen. They have a history of making improbable runs, so I am hopeful.

UConn will probably win their first game but have to face Kansas in the next round, unless Austin Peay pulls an upset. :D

Come on, let's hear it for two underdogs who have pulled through to this fantastic ending for their 2015, 2016 season. The Women going for the first time ever and our #10 men, who many said shouldn't be in the tournament at all, going after two crazy seasons. Let's hear it for them..Go SU!
