This morning the temperature at 7 AM was around 70 degrees and was in the mid 60's earlier in the AM.
Just noticed that the low temperature listed for today on AccuWeather is 46 degrees at 7 AM tomorrow morning.
Is there a standard "day" used by the weather folk that is different than a normal calendar day and if so what is it?

I don't have an answer to your question about a standard day but I routinely use the Weather Bug app with the hourly feature to plan my day - particularly in the morning whether to go play tennis or head out to an indoor fitness class. It is fairly accurate in predicting the temps and rain chance percentages.

I use The Weather channel, Accu Weather and local TV weather station. then I walk out my front door and decide if I need a jacket or not:D I mean who you going trust them or your lying skin sensors?
