Congratulations!
I am making the assumption you adopted the little gray/white kitten found by tommyboy. He/she is absolutely adorable (aren't they all?).
Today is a good day for both you and the kitten.

Yet another reason for you to be my favorite person on TOTV.

OK, the cats out of the bag.....Yes I had to say it..........

We think we are going to name him Phantom, he reminds us of the man with the patch in the Phantom of the Opera.

Looking for a cat tree or playhouse and a scratching post, We have a new addition to the house.

If you do not end up getting a contribution from someone, you can get the best deals on cat trees and or playhouses at Rural King in Leesburg; they are 50 - 60% less than Pet Supermarket and or PETCO and quality is the same. I will also share the Allivet | Pet Pharmacy | Pet Medications | Pet Supplies (http://WWW.ALLIVET.COM) website that is excellent for Customer Service and pricing for automatic shipping for Advantage multi once a month flea control. THANK YOU for giving that beautiful cat a home.....:BigApplause:

All, our cat did not get along with the new kitty. Initially they appeared OK, but by the morning our cat was physically sick, and had not left her hiding place all night. This was unexpected, as she tolerates our sons cat.
Kitty is back with Tomboy, and we will help trying to find him a home.
Thank you at all for your suggestions for the tree and toys, we were looking forward to keeping him.

So sorry.we have brought in many new additions/ resues and i can tell you that it can take many weeks for each to adjust. We learned to put the new addition in a separate room with its own food, water, litter etc. we would only let them out together for a short time when we were there. Lots of attention must be given to the older cat. Lots of spitting, snarling, growling etc when they were in separate rooms but eventually, curiousity wins out and tolerance kicks in. We have done this so many rimes and lo and behold, one day after many weeks? Months? they settle in with a pecking order.
Thanks so much for trying and if we didn't have three, i would take this cutie.
