I offer tomwed one of Bare's lobsters if he comes back. Between the two of us, we should be able to cook it properly.

Certainly a good guy. Helped me out several times when we were compiling Villages information and did it with a sense of urgency. Thank's tomwed.

He is fine. I sent him a message and he said he was fine. Send him a message and tell him you miss him.

Thanks for asking. I just started reading totv again. For a while there I think I was posting about 20 - 30 things a day. Now I read something and have nothing to add. I don't think I lost my sense of humor. At least I hope I didn't. But I don't see anything funny to add either.

Very nice to hear from you Tom. Only 14 days 'til the Ides of March. And then 2 more to St Patrick's Day.

So, if he survives the multiple stab wounds he can look forward to a pitcher of green beer ?

You could add a recipe or two that would get you back in the swing of things.

Right on! I'm so pleased my weak effort at humor did not go entirely unnoticed. Thank you RD.

great idea
I love perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and perfect scrambled eggs with cheese but always came up short until now. I whisk a large egg and add the cheese in a bowl. I microwave it for 30 seconds. It's not completely done but continues to cook as I toss it around in the bowl to make the cheesy curds.
This is after I heat tortillas in the fry pan on both sides and then fry ham, onions and jalapeno peppers in the same pan.
Forget the omelette, just spread the fixings on top of the cheesy eggs and roll it up in two little flour tortillas.
