Doug's third Double-Eagle today at Mallory

Today at Mallory CC on Amelia #2, the "ole boy" had his third Double-Eagle in the Villages. 2nd shot on the Par 5 in the hole with a 4 wood. His other double-eagles in the Villages happened at Orange Blossom 2010 on #1, 2011 on #1. His first double-eagle happened at our home in Morganton, North Carolina at Mimosa Hills CC on #7.

Wouldn't you think, if you share the same bed, that some of this good golf would rub-off.......I'm still waiting!

I guess you can tell that I'm so proud of him. Doug is really a humble
guy and would never be tooting his own horn, that is why I do it for him..giggle..

Never had one, have had some close calls, but still at ZERO.

Doug received call from "Double-Eagle Club", come to find out that there is only one other person in the world that has that many double-eagles to date. OK, I'm thru tooting his horn.
