That's funny. Hillary says "I want to make this country whole again." That's exactly what she says. You can't make that up. That is the "issue" that she is running on. She said she wants to further Obama's agenda. So, basically she is saying that even though it was Obama's administration that has torn this country apart, she is going to further the status quo and that is going to make this country whole again. They tore it apart and they think the voter is stupid enough to believe that it is someone else's fault, I guess. Her other message, that is her issue is that everyone needs to be nice again. I didn't make that up. She said it.

Bernie has issues also. He is running on FREE college, and Free Health Care. I'm sorry to inform you that the polls are right. How do I know? Many of us waved Trump signs at Morse and 466. People honked and waved in support. At times, it was deafening! Some called out thanking us for our display for a Trump. Almost every truck driver from semis to regular working guys honked in support. These were young working people. I was totally amazed by the response from all demographics. I personally, am a college educated woman.

I haven't seen any other candidate with energetic, enthusiastic supporters. I have seen ONE car with a Hillary bumper sticker. If your candidates are so wonderful why aren't you doing your part to share the enthusiasm?

You are correct about Abraham Lincoln and had that memory entered my mind I would have omitted the cartoon comment from my post. Actually, my reference was not as a public display but an imagine in one's mind.
I am not in favor of them as public displays, with the exceptions of the Hilter's, etc of the world, because they are mean spirited. I am especially against them because its all a waste of time when all of us should be focused on the issues/problems facing our nation.

I am not a Trump fan but I will not be part of that portion of GOP that will create another implosion. So if the choice is Trump v Clinton well its no choice at all and the selection is simple. Why? You do know who are supporting, right? Trump is spouting nothing, but hate. He makes fun of everybody that doesn't agree with him. All bluster, and no substance, but his followers are fun loving people. So, what you are saying is Trump shouldn't be taken seriously. The Trump supporters of The Villages have a golf cart rally planned Friday March 4th. We will be touring around Lake Sumter Landing then down Morse over to Spanish Springs. Our golf carts will be decorated. We are an enthusiastic group. If you want to join in show up at Barnes & Noble at 3:30PM.

The golf cart rally exceeded all expectations. All participants had a really great time. There were over 50 decorated golf carts and 100 very active participants.
Response from passing cars were active honking and a lot of thumbs up.
There was ONE protester holding a sign. (I think she was a Bernie fan she looked like she wanted a hand out)

It was remarkable that local police escorted the group through all intersections. What wonderful Sumter County and Lady Lake officers we had. We all expressed our gratitude to them. We toured LSL and drove over to Spanish Springs and back to LSL. Some of the group then headed over to Brownwood.

All everyone wanted to know was when the next rally was going to be. The gal in charge said before the March 15th Election Day.

It's a wonderful thing that all of you have organized. How anyone could question how this event shouldn't be allowed for long or that it's an interruption is sad. Maybe the person who is bothered by this positive activity comes from a country that isn't openly free with their religious & political beliefs. I would get the willies if a Clinton rally went past my home or held me up in traffic but I would never put it into writing...ever.
