I wonder why they would be opening towards the end of high season unless they are getting some incentive money from the Landlord ? I hope so. It's not like the space just now became available.

Maybe because it took them a long time to make the decision based on demo.

For a well planned and operated business the season is not what makes or breaks the business.

Keep in mind now that the so called slow or low season of today is a population that is 50% bigger than the high season of 10 ten years ago!

The slow season today would be about equal to the high season population of 5 years ago (or there abouts).

The businesses that were here 10 years ago are managing just fine today no matter what the season (right?)!!
