We are so excited. After months of trying to decide between a house or villa we decided on a courtyard villa. We went Sat. intending to buy an amelia with a 2 car garage but when we went inside the Bonita we were sold. I know the 2 car garage would have been great for my husband because he is a handiman with lots of tools but we just loved the third bedroom for our office and computer.

We close Dec 23. What a great Christmas present for ourselves. Looking forward to meeting neighbors if there are any.

Congratulations!!!!! We also bought a Bonita and I love it. We are in the Village of Bonita so we're not far. Not here permanently yet, but come up at least once or twice a month to visit. You are going to love it. :coolsmiley::coolsmiley::coolsmiley:

Congratulations! We will be neighbors! We are in process of having our home built in St. Charles too! We will not live there full-time for over a year though! Can't wait to meet everyone!

Congratulations! I love reading the happy stories about folks who are buying in the new areas. I'll bet it was the same feeling the settlers had moving West, (except you have food, heat, cars, cable tv, no angry indians, etc.).

BTW, I'm intrigued by your screen name. Are you named after a golf course in WNY?
