Off Broadway Players

so much great entertainment available....coming up soon our own Helen will be, as she says, "non-starring" in the musical comedy Rock and Roll Reunion presented by the Off Broadway Players at 7pm on March 21 and 22 (mon and tues) at the Savannah Center...tickets are only $10 and the group gives a lot of the money raised to charity. i would like to get a group together to go on tuesday night. please pm me or post here if you want a ticket.

update: have a few people interested but the box office has price listed at $18, not $10,
which would obviously make a difference...will check it out and report back :)

update: Helen is very sorry that she gave us the wrong price and has offered to buy a drink for everyone who comes on tuesday night (with our group of course) if they want to go out after the show :) show starts at 7pm mon or tues....we are going on tuesday the 22nd.

final update: went to box office today ready to buy nine tickets for a table at the show....tables all sold out! good news for the show but not for us...i did not want to decide for nine people whether they wanted to sit in the balcony ($16) or not....so if you want to see this show and go out with helen for a free drink afterwards, please get your ticket on your own.....next time i will ask the performer to purchase a table and go from there :)

just want to say that a few of us did get to Helen's show and it was very enjoyable...many people involved, lots of good talent, great costumes! it was a pleasant surprise :) and our Helen looked smashingly glamorous in her black shimmery gown and pearls...afterwards five of us went to Applebees and celebrated her success! sorry for the confusion about the tickets. next time we will buy a table right away :)
