My dear friend Karen and her sweet husband John, who now live across the street from us here in Hadley, have found and written a contract on their dream home.

It was such wonderful luck that they rented a home so close to us, we enjoy them so much.

Their plan was to rent for six months so that they could explore all of the possibilities of home ownership in TV.

Yesterday the right house and the right people came together!

Congratulations Karen and John. May you live forever in Paradise.

One of the best things to come out of renting for a few months was getting to be Gracie's neighbor and also getting to know JoJo and so many others!

The model home in Miona Shores that we wanted to buy in August was released for sale yesterday, and we were able to grab it! We thought about wating for the new section to open, but this deal was too good to pass up! It is the house we want, furnished the way we want, on a lot with privacy and we are thrilled!!

We are loving this place more every day and now feel as if we REALLY belong!
