Does anyone know any restaurants serving Jigs dinner on St. Patrick's Day? My husband isn't a fan, but I love it, so maybe some restaurant where he could get something else...

My Irish son-in-law once told me in Ireland its ham with potatoes and cabbage
I love corn beef especially on rye bread with hot mustard, a brewski and good conversation

I made a great one last week in my pressure cooker. 50 minutes for the beef and taters, 5 for the carrots and onion (can't have enough onion) and 3 for the cabbage. Mrs. Casey is still raving about it.
I'll probably stock up on corned beef next week when they go on sale.

This is true...corned beef is not traditional, or even heard of in Ireland. Ham, boiled with cabbage, turnip, carrots and onions is typical Irish dinner.
