Anybody do a single stall garage addition in TV lately???

I bought this house 2 years ago and spent $22K on adding an extra garage making the golf cart garage wider and adding an extra garage so that I can get my cars in it. I live in Village of Rio Grande and have 3 cars, 1 boat, 1 Segway, a washer and dryer and.... a Honda Goldwing Trike all nestled inside a warm garage.

Got 4 Estimates from "Reputable" companies. My contractor saved me $6k from all the other estimates!

A man can't have a "too big" of a garage :popcorn:
