View Full Version : North Carolina Boycott

Several states and the District of Columbia have decided to boycott North Carolina for any official travel due to NC's very recent law discriminating against the LBGT community.
In addition, PayPal has decided against expanding its operation into North Carolina due to the LBGT discrimination. This expansion would have added around 400 new jobs to the Charlotte area.
Congratulations to the antiquated state of North Carolina and the short-sighted gooberator.

Freedom of choice surpassed by the go along, follow along or we will shut you out.
Because they have a different opinion they are outcast.
Oh so funny especially since the subject is about those who have a different opinion about sex preference or plumbing. Man amI glad there is no boycott for not wanting to be one......whew!!!!!
Hypocrtical BS whipped up by another minority special interest group successful at getting their cause politicized......real BS!!

Congratulations to the governors of the states who are going along with the boycott of official North Carolina travel. Hats off to PayPal for defending the rights of the LBGT community! :BigApplause:
Chances are that the discriminatory law will be repealed after the North Carolina legislators hear from their constituents about the economic impact of this action.

Now, why did I move out of NC? I knew there was something that I really liked about those folks. You see, the majority in NC voted to add "marriage is defined as one man and one woman" to their state constitution. IT's the moral majority speaking, not your liberal federal government. I doubt that they will be hurt if the LBGT community avoids their state. The LBGT community did not have any problems holding their perverted Gay Pride parades in Charlotte.
Sorry if the moral majority doesn't appreciate deviant behavior. Funny thing is that they have always "tolerated" the gays, but did not condone their behavior. Now, you want an endorsement.
But, blow it out of proportion and cry a river. It's bad enough that deviant behavior is on prime time TV now. Now, you deviants want to force the majority to endorse your abnormal behavior.
Like any normal sexual behavior, gay deviant behavior should be private. If you want acceptance, quit trying to force it. Everyone does not need to know your private perversions.
I have plenty of gay friends and I treat them no different than anyone else. However, the first time they want to discuss their sexuality with me, they will be asked to leave my home. I have no wish to know the private nature of any of my friends, normal or abnormal.
God did not make any mistakes. You are either male or female. You don't get to decide. If you don't want your nature criticized, then don't publicize it. What you do in privacy is your business, don't make it mine. That's the best way to avoid an argument with me.

I personally believe the majority of America feels just like the above or some version thereof.
I strenuously object to the ramming of the sexual preferences of a select minority special interest group for acceptance....WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.....in the trumped up political pandering of equality.
I am tired of it being in every :swear: movie and series on television.
Why is it OK to be a self nominated offended minority group seeking 100% general acceptance or else?
Why is the majority as demonstrated by NC you down upon and penalized if we do not subscribe or go along?
I am sure the radical supporters will crap all over this post. Without knowing what they have invested in the issue or not they are just aaggitating. If they are promoting they can take their side show else where.
They are out numbered by the moral majority but have the backing of the political snakes in Washington. And the leadership cowards elsewhere.

Typical phony politician pandering to this groups voting block?
Clinton wearing and making jokes about wearing leather to an LGBT event.
She is either a phony in the name of votes. However there are times when certain stories would suggest she is right at home in that group choice.
No matter what....pandering to another minority group.

:agree:.....
December 1999: Clinton told a group of gay contributors at a fundraiser that she was against the "don't ask, don't tell" military policy signed by her husband.
January 2000: At a news conference in White Plains, Clinton said, "Marriage has got historic, religious and moral content that goes back to the beginning of time, and I think a marriage is as a marriage has always been, between a man and a woman.
July 2004: Clinton spoke on the Senate floor against a proposed federal amendment to ban same-sex marriage. (The amendment ultimately failed.) Though she opposed it, she said that she believed that marriage was "a sacred bond between a man and a woman."
May 2007:In response to a question about whether marriage should be made legally available to two committed adults of the same sex, Clinton marked that she was "opposed" though she stated she supported civil unions.
Clinton opposed same-sex marriage as a candidate for the Senate, while in office as a senator, and while running for president in 2008. She expressed her support for civil unions starting in 2000 and for the rights’ of states to set their own laws in favor of same-sex marriage in 2006.
As polls showed that a majority of Americans supported same-sex marriage, Clinton’s views changed, too. She announced her support for same-sex marriage in March 2013.

A bigot is someone who for no reason hates someone, like because of the color of their skin. But if you hate because of what those people do, then it's not baseless and it's simply a personal preference. You'll deny us the ability to choose our own friends? Who we do business with? The Queer community, don't forget the Q at the end, pushed these others into supporting them. Probably have dirt on them, through their own nefarious means.
I'd tell you to keep your perverted money too. Probably infected with AIDS anyway.
The PayPal expansion into Charlotte would have created around 400 skiled worker positions. PayPal was spending over 3 million for this project.
See what bigotry can do for the economy?
And I bet Charlotte had to offer them a ton of tax incentives to come there. That's how it works with big "jobs" projects. You have to bid with perks to get them to come. Charlotte is better off without them.

It was a nickname, everyone had one, every nationality had one. Never hear the term WASP? Cracker? EVERYONE had a name. It really didn't mean anything. Same as saying black now.
Better that than what America is becoming now! We're going 3rd world as more and more of the population is from 3rd world countries. 3rd worlders are "raising" our children in day care. Our kids are being raised by Laquanda and Rosilita, and learning THEIR values.
I know what we're becoming isn't what I want America to be like. Gay perverts running around. Minority gangs shooting up the inner cities. The squalor.
I think everyone's time is passing. The glory days are gone. I give us 30 years tops before it collapses, about the time we go over 50% minority population.
We really need to honestly talk about where this country is going. 13% of the current population is foreign born, that's 1 out of 8, not born here, mostly from 3rd world countries.
"We" are being diluted.

You should get a better handle on your vocabulary. The definition of a bigot requires intolerance. I tolerate but I don't condone. There is a big difference. But, I have noticed that anyone that does not agree with your deviant lifestyle is immediately labeled a bigot. That is a very good way to create bigotry, because those of us that are willing to leave you in peace are eventually going to lose our patience with your childish, unbalanced tantrums. So, rather than alienating the moral majority, you should go about your lifestyle without attempting to seek attention and without attempting to force acceptance. There are many religious folks that will tolerate what they consider unholy, deviant behavior, even though their religion does not condone the lifestyle. Be satisfied with their Christian attitude of loving the sinner but not the sin. Just be careful who you alienate with your accusations of bigotry.

Actually, it is the choice of the homosexuals to attempt to hold an economy or business hostage. It's really YOUR warped perception of wrong that is the culprit, not the good citizens of NC. But, do what you feel is right. In the long run, you won't feel any better. Like gay pride parades, you will just draw unflattering attention to yourselves. Like a spoiled child, instead of being happy that you have been given a bit more leeway and privilege, you demand more. You won't be satisfied because when people are not happy with themselves, they want to make others miserable if possible, also.

North Carolina has the right to pass whatever laws it chooses. It will be up to their Supreme Court and, ultimately, the U.S. Supreme Court to decide the legality of those laws. People have the right to object to those laws. Corporations have the right to do business within a state or not.
It is NC's house, NC's rules. Those that don't like the house rules don't have to go to that house. Sounds like that is what PayPal, et al., are doing.

The LGBT issues are about as significant as picking fly specs out of the pepper.
But the media and politicians make it sound like it is a major life changing event for the world's population.
It clearly is not. And we the people sit by and watch the silent majority lose another one!

Yup, because THEY make a lot of noise and we don't. If you're against it, speak up, don't sit there and take it "up the ass", say something. Say you're against it.
The problem is, we get censored, they call it "hate speech" when we disagree. They have a lot of powerful people working for them, I really believe they blackmailed them for their "support".
It's a bunch of same sex fetish perverts, that's all. They think they're normal and want to be "just like us". They're not.
Oh, it's now LBGTQ, they added Queer. So I guess we can go back to using the word queer/queers to describe them.

North Carolina’s Lt. Governor Dan Forest answered the PayPal fiasco well; here’s what he had to say:
“If our action in keeping men out of women’s bathrooms and showers protected the life of just one child or one woman from being molested or assaulted, then it was worth it. North Carolina will never put a price tag on the value of our children. They are precious and priceless. If a corporation wanting to do business in North Carolina does not see the worth of our children in the same light, then I wish them well as they do business somewhere else.”

This is going to get very interesting. Several states are now adopting the same laws to protect Christians. If gays are going to boycott the states that protect Christians, then it looks like they are going to end up in just a very few states, eventually. Good luck on your boycott. It works both ways. Paypal might want to reconsider their position on this issue when they start losing business.

Dear Guests: The DOJ asked the FBI to review the possibility that those who deny climate change should be investigated under the RICO act as criminals.
The law now is people can be arrested for hate crimes. Its a short leap for radical progressives to have people arrested for using the terms ding-bat, pollack, queer. Ergo the push to use homophobic or bigot every time a person objects to homosexual behavior.
The gay movement has been well underway since the 1980's and radical progressives lay the foundation. Gays call it civil rights but that is a red herring. Repeatedly show gay sex on television/movies etc was part of the plan to socialize it then normalize it. Its why they wanted the definition of marriage re-defined. Its why they seek to eliminate gender nouns. Because if you have no she or he well then sexual relations can be with anyone because it sex with persons
Yet Christians are slaughtered all over the world. Look at the assaults by the Obama Admin and radical progressives and gays right here in America. But this is not a religious issue at its center. But one of the realization of nature, of biology, of the process of evolution. Homosexuality goes against the laws of nature and that is a reality that can't be denied. So the homosexual community with a little help from their friends ( those seeks power and money) try and alter that reality
And there is another issue here greater than the gay issue its the federal government attempting to block out state rights. By doing so is the best way to achieve a totalitarian state.
So those who cheer on the assault against North Carolina spite themselves in the long run. State rights is a huge issue central for our Constitution.
People today ignore history. The states formed the federal government for limited purposes. However there are enemies of America domestic and foreign that seeking the federal government as controlling all states and in all matters. Its why we must be cautious with gun control issues, racial issue gay issues, etc that limit the right of states.
Progressives are using federal agencies, congress and the Supreme Court to move toward this central form of government and that's why Obama was such a good pick for him. If one connects the dots they will see all that Obama has done and is doing is leading to this totalitarian model

I remember the first time I traveled south as an adult 40 years ago. Our friends moved to Richmond and we went down for an overnight visit. They threw a party. Because I have an accent I suppose, their new friends brought up the Civil War. I was quite surprised it was still a sore spot.

I'll take the bait. What does Lincoln have to do with homosexuals? I thought he was married and fathered some children.

And what does any of that have to do with NC laws? Or the other states that are now attempting to protect the Christian majority?

The Lincoln bait that I did not put out there was State Rights, the cause of the Civil War, or at least one of them.

Kind of a strange name for them.

That's pretty clever.
"the name Log Cabin Republicans was chosen as an alternative title. This designation calls attention to the first Republican president, Abraham Lincoln. The Log Cabin Republicans suggest that Lincoln founded the Republican Party on the philosophies of liberty and equality. These principles, Log Cabin argue, are consistent with their platform of an inclusive Republican Party."
Are they liberal or conservative?

I guess you didn't read the actual law....because if you did you would have seen the cause that makes it impossible for anyone to sue, in North Carolina, for workplace discrimination. This in NOT just about LGBT.
Much of the public discussion over HB2 in the 12 days since its adoption has centered on its harm to the LGBT community and resulting economic impact. This has gotten lost somewhat, but in its own way is just as momentous: The new law bars workplace discrimination claims from North Carolina courts, nullifying 30 years of common-law precedent and forcing people who say they’ve been unfairly fired from their jobs to turn to the federal courts for relief.
Why’s that a big deal? The federal court system is a lot harder, and usually more expensive, to navigate. Before they even file suit, potential plaintiffs have to get permission from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which can take months. They then have 90 days to file the complaint, compared to a three-year statute of limitations for state court. The filing fee is twice as expensive, and damages are capped at $300,000; there’s no such cap at the state level. On her firm’s website, Noble has published a pair of blog posts that outline the differences.

NC is a "right to work" state. It has been for a very long time. As you know this means "no unions" to simplify it. It also means that they can fire you for any reason, and I have seen it done like that. That kind of nullifies any idea that you are going to get any action on a discrimination suit. I don't pretend to know the details, only that I have seen how it has worked in the past. What this has to do with the new implied Christian protection status, I do not know. Good people conduct themselves with decency and do not need special laws for special groups, such as hate laws and special bathrooms for gender confused. It is unfortunate that some groups are so mentally unstable that they need laws changed to pander to them, which then cause more laws to be enacted just to protect the majority from them.
Boycott all you wish. Burn flags all you wish. Neither will garner the respect that you demand. The LGBT faction has negated a lot of any possible respect just by their ridiculous gay pride parades. If they want respect, then they should be respectful.

So when your state had a ballot measure banning same sex marriage and/or civil unions did you vote for or against it.
If you voted for it then you are forcing YOUR religious beliefs on the rest of us.
You have a constitutional right TO freedom of religion and we have a constitutional right to freedom FROM your religion.
The Supreme Court of the United State, a conservative court at the time, declared that Gays have a constitutional right to marry. Your freedom of religion does not trump our freedom to marry.
Corporations, who have been declared people by the Supreme Court, are exercising their right to freedom of speech!!
Funny how that works!

No one is FORCING their religion on you. On the other hand, since you are feeling so guilty, you wish to ban religion from everyone else, the majority. The Supreme court allowed for gay marriage, but that does not make it constitutional. There is nothing in the constitution that guarantees gay marriage or health care even though liberals like to believe so. The Supreme court cannot create laws, only interpret them as being within the guidelines of the Constitution or not. Just because the gov may protect your right to your deviant nature, does not make or force the moral majority endorse it. If you want acceptance, you have to convince the majority, not force the majority. Calling someone that does not agree with your perversion a bigot is not the way to convince, but it will alienate them.
No one can force Christianity on you. And only death will give you that absolute proof you need to convince you (too late) whether or not those Christians were/are right or not. There has never been an instance where one has been forced into becoming a Christian.
Yes, gays have been given the right to marry. However, they have not been given the right to marry in a church unless that church allows it. You still try to force churches to marry you, all the while trying to ban religion. And yet you attempt to convince everyone that you are normal.

Dear Guest: You are correct and its exactly why state rights should prevail over federal government but unfortunately it is not.
Believe it or not the true nature of the true nature for the Civil War was over state rights , trade between the North and south but it all got muddled intentionally with the race issue. No I am not condoning slavery which in itself is another topic and stretches back to the beginning of time in all cultures.

Dear Guest: As I recollect most states are at will meaning that you do not need a reason to fire anyone. However if you do cite a reason you best be able to support it. If its a discrimination issue then the plaintiff will file with the EEOC which will take its time ruling and may or may not grant permission for the plaintiff to file suit which in most cases it will. The EEOC rulings then become incorporated into the civil lawsuit.
An employee often will cite discrimination as a basis for being fired and if they are a protected class most definitely will at the insistence of their attorney. It is unlikely that an employee will file suit if his/her's is a summary firing.
Unions are a bastion against firings and its why union shops have so many under performers whether its in the private or public sectors. some will take umbrage at what I suggest but it is the truth striking at the heart of the matter especially with government and educational insititutions; albeit it is not prevalent in the union trades

I'm not religious, religion had nothing to do with it. It's perverted that's why I voted against queer marriage.
The SCOTUS is a corrupt political body, formed by the corrupt Senators. I hold them in low regard.
A perfect example, the SCOTUS ruled that "corporations are people". If that doesn't scream corruption, what does? An organization of business partners is a "person"?
Corruption, a corrupt system is "funny"?

Anyone boycotting NC because of their bathroom policy is just plain STUPID! I don't care if you like it or not, I believe in protecting females. If they don't like it, then I believe in protecting my females, wife, daughters and granddaughters. To allow idiots that think they are female that still have male body parts into a female restroom is perverted and very dangerous. There has already been instances of males dressing as females to enter girls' locker rooms. If you are confused as to what gender you are, then perhaps we should put signs on the restroom doors that indicate the proper male or female body part. If you have one then you can enter that particular restroom. No matter how you dress, if you can stand up to urinate, then you go into the male restroom. It really is that simple. NC has it right, and anyone that feels different is mentally defective, period. If you think that I would tolerate a male going into a restroom with my wife or daughter, then you better be prepared to be severely counseled if you attempt it. God didn't make mistakes. You can't choose what gender you wish to be on a whim. Sorry, but you don't always get your way just because your parents coddled you. Live with it. A sissy male is still a male. A masculine female is still a female, period.

The argument is that because 9 unelected judges decide to hear a case that really should have been sent back to the state of origin but went ahead and decided, and citing opinion which went well beyond the US Constitution, for a case that was never a constitutional issue in the first place. However, deciding same-sex marriage was protected suddenly and miraculously made same-sex everything normal.
Think on that, because its now legal its normal? That dog won't hunt.
Not for same sex marriage and not for abortion. Both of these issues should have remained state issue. Both should have been left to voters to decide in their respective states. Both of these issues were not logically driven but politically driven. AND BOTH OF THESE ISSUES GO AGAINST NATURE AND ITS NOT NICE TO FOOL MOTHER NATURE.

They have that covered...they teach our kids in school that it IS normal and everyone should be open to it. That's my biggest problem with the gay movement. Convincing everyone they/it's normal. Even got it taken out of the DSM through political pressure. Wanting to "stick it to a man in the ass" is normal eh?
They do the same with the racial issues, they teach in school that everyone is the same, with the same potential, when we all know it's a lie. But they keep drilling it into our heads and many believe it.

Those are easy. All one need do is tell them what they want to hear. Sprinkled in with a lot of BUT don't expect what you do or are to be the norm....simply because you or it is not.
The current linguine spined, cowardly, political way of cowering every time some minority, special interest or sponsor group peeps is BS!
The special interest and minority groups do and get away with what they do because the silent majority...DOES NOTHING....as a result....the majority loses another one.
The notion of equality is being distorted to mean everybody is the same as everybody else and everybody has the same opportunity and everybody is entitled to what everybody else has or does.
I am happy to report that is not the way it works.
However, because of the laid back, do nothing majority the special interest and minority groups get away with acting like it is.

Already can't. They removed homosexuality from the DSM, for no reason other than political. Can't talk about the "abnormal behavior", like the violence, crime, no family structure, can't be educated, problems with the minorities either. They're protected, it means no truth, only a fantasy nirvana.

What are you going to do, pull his hair or bite him? Maybe you would get real excited and brave and slap him. Get over it, if you want to convince someone to accept you as you are (abnormal) then you must present a normal appearance, or at least not a weird clown appearance. I don't want to see a couple making out in public, whether hetero or homo. Homos are welcome in my home under my conditions. Act respectful and do not attempt to convince anyone in my family that it is a normal relationship when it isn't, while in my home. And I will continue to teach my children and grandchildren to respect everyone, regardless of their peculiarities even if we do not agree with their immoral and deviant relationship. I don't try to convince my homo relatives and friends that they are immoral and deviant and I do not expect them to attempt to start an argument in my home.
I find it very telling that you gays think that by improperly using terms like "bigot" you are getting some form of satisfaction. The term "bigot" requires intolerance. Most of us TOLERATE but do not condone. If one does not condone abnormal behavior it does not mean they will not tolerate. I do not condone the behavior of someone's unruly child, but I tolerate them. I do not condone excessive drinking and drunken behavior, but I will tolerate my friend(s) when they over imbibe. I have never struck a homo, therefore I tolerate them. However, don't push me, because I may discard my tolerance. If you wish to be treated with respect, then you must respect my beliefs. I do not tolerate gay pride parades, and will not be seen anywhere near one. If that makes me a bigot, then I will wear the label with no remorse. You can force changes to laws, but you can't force acceptance.

I was trying to respond to the person and going to the Rainbow Club meeting. Found that really funny as the Rainbow Club has an event every Thursday night in TV and has had for years.
And I thought that was just Ladies Night Out.

Maybe "tea bagging" is a gay term. You seem to be up on the gay lingo. However, The Villages Tea Bag Club refers (as you very well know) to the Tea Party. You will also notice in my post regarding the White Sheet Award that I did not say "tea bagging". That term "came" from you!

Too bad that North Carolina is not as forward thinking as South Carolina.
North Carolina fears that transgenders will harm the delicate ladies in bathrooms.
South Carolina removed the Confederate battle flag from their statehouse grounds.
SC Gov. Nikki Haley has a very good chance of becoming the first female VP of the USA.

And I wish it were true but unfortunately the world is replete with both physical and psychological examples which continue to test one's faith.
In that same vein He has provided us with many cures and remedies. There is no desire on my part to expand on this explanation but only to say that I do pray for a better understanding of the "why"?

I believe you may be wrong in your guess at there being three liberals on here acting up. I think that there might be two at most, with one even answering himself on many occasions when no one responds to his idiotic and baiting comments. One of them (if there are really two) does not seem as aggressive with name calling as the other. Then there is another that I don't categorize as a flaming liberal, that just makes a few one liner remarks. His moniker shows up for a short time when he makes comments, before it then changes to "guest." That is actually a third, but not necessarily a strict liberal.
I don't think that liberals stink up the Villages, just the poor liberal on here that seems to have lost his/her way. He/she still has a right to it's opinion, even if it gets riled by the overwhelming conservative theme of the Villages environment. For some reason, liberals seem to think that if there is any place that has a majority that they don't agree with, it must be banned or modified to have liberal control, at least in voice. You have to agree with them or they will not go away, but will make every attempt to squash any opposing view. The problem is not their opposition, but their desperation that causes them to be very caustic and derisive. Calling a political figure names is one thing, but to use derogatory names against another poster is just plain bad manners, and they lead to other posters doing the same in retaliation.
But, it is my opinion that one of the liberals (of two) has shown evidence of not even being a resident, and is very young. Either that or it is the child of a resident and shows quite a bit of resentment at being here. This one has the characteristics of a troll, using baiting techniques to get attention.

Yeah, they used to be called The Gang of Six. They have dwindled down either through natural selection of their Neanderthal species or just getting so senile they cannot use a keyboard to the Gang of Three.
They do give each other the "thumbs up" while the progressive thinkers on the forum just shake their heads at the antiquated thinking of the Gang of Three.

I can't quite wrap my head around Neanderthal liberals. What is that?
Is that the caveman or cavewoman who suggests we share our meat so that it will stay fresher and we won't need to work as hard? Is that the one that says the forward thinking cavepeople are cooking the meat because it tastes better and that's what the kids are learning at school? Do both of those ideas get shot down because one would need to be open minded and willing to try something new?

It's those liberals that think that Socialism is being Progressive, when in reality it is a very old and failed system.
It's those liberals that feel it necessary to legislate manners under the guise of PC.
It's those liberals that need a strong leader(tyrant) telling them how to think and how to live their lives, but insisting they are being forward thinking and progressive.
It's those liberals that having been unsuccessful that insist that those that are successful pay them for their inadequacy.
It's those liberals that NEED the gov to legislate their deviant lifestyle because the moral majority in almost ALL states refuse to accept it as normal.
It's those progressive thinking liberals that believe that contraception is a right and that murdering babies is being open minded and progressive, as long as you haven't met them yet. Out of sight, out of mind, out of womb.
It's those progressive thinking liberals that believe in pagan rituals but find a strong need to ban Christianity.
Etc, etc, etc.................

No, it's the caveman who thinks it's fun to pork his friend in the ass because he "loves him".
It's the caveman who brought in a bunch of "starving foreigners" who came from a dysfunctional cave and now want to change everything that goes on this cave to preserve "their culture", the same culture that failed in their original cave.
Conservatives are willing to TRY something new, but not so quick to change what they do when they see it didn't work. Like our countries policies on immigration, minorities, quotas, affirmative action, and all the other crap that not only doesn't work, but HARMS the nation.
You think you're so "progressive and open minded" by blindly following things that don't work. You can't get blood from a turnip and the next Einstein isn't going to come from the projects of Chicago. The liberal policies are what brought this country from the top to hopefully still somewhere in the middle. You took from the smart and able and gave it to the stupid and lazy. Because it wasn't "FAIR" that "God" made us different.

Perhaps you should do some research beyond Faux News next time.
Most of you missed that point I made here. The biggest issue with this law was the part that blocked Workplace Discrimination. I really don't understand all the back and forth about the bathrooms....sexual predators exist today any man could molest a boy in the mens room now! Any man could, today put on a dress and a wig, and assault a girl or women in a restroom.
So to my point above the Governor and I are in agreement, image that!!!!

We need to go back to the original founders voting rules...if you aren't smart enough to "acquire property", you aren't smart enough to make the important decisions that voting entails. There goes 99% of the minorities.
And what to do with women who value "security" above all else? They're SO easily led and manipulated.

Nope, we do not need special laws for restrooms, as long as gender confused stay in the proper restroom according to their plumbing. If you walk into a public restroom with my granddaughter and are the type that stand up to urinate, we will be having a discussion, and it won't be a civil discussion. If you can't understand my reasoning, then you are messed up in the head and need special help. If you wish to dress up as a female, go for it. But, if you are a male, then you had better use the male restroom, regardless of how you dress. It's your business how you dress, but restrooms are gender specific according to physical characteristics, not by costume.

How do you know what other conclusions someone else may have? Is your conclusion the only one you could think of or the one we must all believe?

Very politically correct.
If we're "equals", why did Africa not develop like every other continent? The Americas had complex civilizations with pyramids, written language. Asians had complex civilizations and chemistry. But in Africa, you couldn't tell the "animals" from the men. They ran around naked, lived in grass huts, scraped and dug for grubs, no written language, no wheel, no technology beyond the stone age. They ARE literally "stone age" cavemen. That is why they fail to successfully integrate.

Before you answer, I would add that I am not the one that you replied to, but you generalized to include me, a Republican.
Point taken...

I think this is the problem.
one could only conclude
How do you know what other conclusions someone else may have? Is your conclusion the only one you could think of or the one we must all believe?
That's why I say "I think" or I'm open minded. It leaves room for other opinions. I will change my mind with a convincing argument.
There was no intention to presume anybody elses conclusion!!!

I understand that The Villages AfricanAmerican Club is looking for guest speakers. You definitely should give your ideas there. You would be a big hit!

Are there any blacks in the club? Just wondering, or was this just you being facetious? We do have a LOT of clubs, for just about anything.

"The closest people genetically to the ancient Egyptians are the Copts of Egypt. If you look at Egyptian Copts, they are definitely not Black people. The ancient Egyptians were definitely not Black, but they were a part-Black people, that is for certain."

Negroids used to be only in sub-saharan africa. Now, they're all over the world. Living in their pockets of violence and poverty. They live the same no matter the country they've been brought to. They don't travel, we travel, they didn't have the wheel.
They enslaved each other, brought them to the coast for sale, and STILL enslave and genocidally massacre each other. They blame us for every ill in their lives. What's not to love?
Dark skin doesn't mean negroid. There are lots of dark skinned people who are not negroid. Negroid is a specific genetic classification from a specific african region.

And you dig that hole deeper and deeper. I know you are just play acting, but there are some naive folks out here that might take you seriously. How about cutting it back a notch or two? Some folks actually want to discuss issues, not play with the old folks. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Why am I shocked?
You reference the pyramids being in the America's which is true but those were built by the Mayan's long after the ones in Egypt. I should also point out that Egypt is part of the African Continent 72%. Only 8% in Asia.
You do realize that the vast majority of African Americans here had ancestors brought here on slave ships.
I was recently admonished on this forum for making a statement which, incorrectly, lumped people into 1 group.
Today I sit here 5 months after shattering my shoulder which was fixed by a total reverse shoulder replacement the state of the art for my kind of injury. Just yesterday I went to the range and hit a 7 iron without pain. The surgeon who provided this care is African-American and a follow in American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
You may have made the same mistake I did. I acknowledged my mistake.....

1] congratulations on the pain free 7 iron--that's the best thing I've read all day
2] I don't recall ever reading an apology with the exception of my own. I have no problems saying "sorry" when I get something wrong.

What is your point? The term negroid is defined as of or relating to the division of humankind represented by the indigenous peoples of central and southern Africa.
So I really don't get your point.

An Open Letter To Bruce Springsteen And His Band - Michael Brown - Page full (http://townhall.com/columnists/michaelbrown/2016/04/11/an-open-letter-to-bruce-springsteen-and-his-band-n2146123/page/full)
I would like to point out one part of this article. By the way, if you don't like the source, then that same open letter is published in many other links, if you wish to use Google.
"When you booked the concert in Greenboro, the laws in North Carolina were just as they are today: In public facilities, people had to use the bathrooms and locker rooms that corresponded to their biological sex.
Why, then, did you agree to come in the first place? Why cancel the concert when things today are just what they were six months ago?"
