Does you local public library have a link like this on their web-page? Or something like it? Victim Services Directory (http://myfloridalegal.com/directory)

How about links to materials that might prevent crimes like some for the treatment of the mentally ill??
https://www.nami.org/

Also check your local Sheriff's Offices web-sites if they have links that will help survivors/victims get access to practical information in these areas of prevention of crime through such access. :posting:

This is a matter I have had some interest in since February 28, 1976. Check Taltarzac725 to see more about this story and I hope that people will get involved with this. It does take a while to get through the Taltarzac725 stuff as I do not have them organized in any fashion. These would make a very interesting book or movie though if I could get it past that powers that be.

Lake County Library System (http://www.mylakelibrary.org/)

You might want to check out what the Lake County Library System has that might be of use to survivors/victims of crimes as well as those dealing with some kind of mental illness.

There are, of course, all kinds of search engines now but links in web-sites are as much welcome mats as tools in finding materials in some area.

Here's Marion County Library System. Marion County, FL : Public Library System (http://www.marioncountyfl.org/departments-agencies/departments-o-z/public-library-system)

Gary Corsair-- a reporter for the Villages Daily Sun-- had done a story on my efforts to get links to the Florida Victim Services Directory connected to the Villages' area libraries back on Memorial Day 2007. You can see a copy of this in my PhotoBucket array if you Google Taltarzac725.

He wanted to see my documents on my 224 613 Project-- I was not calling it that yet-- but I had just met him a few minutes prior to this; so, I said "No!"

I talked to his wife every so often when she used to bring their pooch Boo Radley to Doggie Doo Run Run.

How about what your library has inside as well as on its web-site that might educate people about mental health? A link to the National Alliance on Mental Illness perhaps? https://www.nami.org/ https://www.nami.org/Find-Support

I hope that you will look at my 224 613 Photobucket array which should be accessible if you Google Taltarzac725.

It has 16,928 views now. They do take a while to look through. I have been meeting more and more people who read some of my posts on TOTV even though they often have me at a disadvantage when I am talking to them. I am usually very friendly and level headed. I do have that law school training (JD from the University of Minnesota Law School Class of 1989) as well as my MA in Librarianship and Information Management (University of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management, May 1984).

Google Taltarzac725 to see what I am talking about with respect to the 224 613 Project and its ups-and-downs over the past 25.5 years.

This still needs work even after all the horror over the last few years. 17,222 views as of 6-18-2016.

Recall that Gary Corsair formerly of the Villages Daily Sun wanted to shift through my various documents after I first met him just before Memorial Day of 2007. I had just met him so I was uncomfortable sharing my life's work with him. But now that anyone can see these via Photobucket I am a little more comfortable showing some of these to people.

Let's try to make this more than talk.

Check if your community library has materials for those suffering from mental illness and do they have a link to something like the Florida Victim Services Directory or maybe something better than that???

Still plugging away at this and hope to reach 20,000 views by August 31, 2016.

I popped into the Lady Lake Library yesterday and they were their usual friendly selves. And it looked like a Villages Daily Sun reporter was interviewing the Library Director or a volunteer or both.

I hope people will check out what the Marion, Sumter and Lake County libraries have to offer.
