Need physical therapist

I have a sprained shoulder and need a physical therapist. Looking for someone in the South end. I live in Hadley.

I'm going to Lake Centre for Rehab. It's across from the Publix shopping center in that office complex. It's in a corner next to Parady(financial stuff). I take Morse to 466A & turn left then turn right at the next stoplight by Walgreen's & the Veterinarian. Turn right then make an immediate left then an immediate right.
