Help for new member

A neighbor just joined TOTV a month ago. She is not able to post or to reply. How does one contact admin???

Did she get the reply email, it has a link that she needs to click no to verify some information. After that she should be able to reply to messages. If I recall correctly, there may be a minimum number of replies before you can post, not sure too long ago.
