Trying to Send a Message

I am trying to send a message to a person who has an item for sale in the full classified section of TV. When I hit "send", it just keeps circling with the word "loading" and the message never goes. There is no phone # or email address with this item. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Write down the sellers name, go to private messages, go to send a new message, and start typing the sellers name, it should popup in a list. Click on the name, and finished your message, and send.
I have had to do this a few times, works well.
