THANK YOU for slowing down and driving safely around people walking or bike riding. Be especially careful when driving through tunnels with your golf cart.

We appreciate your support.

Thank you for not walking two or three abreast on MMPs, especially on blind corners and coming out of tunnels. Thank you for not wearing headsets and walking with flow of traffic.
Thank you for not stopping and talking in the middle of the MMP and moving onto the grass area.

And thank you walkers & runners for getting off of the diamond lane and onto the sidewalk where one is available, so cart drivers do not have to move into the road to get around you, putting themselves in danger. It's the law.

OK. I'll say it.

You are very welcome. I wish you continued good health.

I find it somewhat offensive when people open a thread with a directive like that. It implies a blanket accusation that everyone exhibits bad behavior and lack of regard for other people. As a matter of fact, I am a champion of safety and sharing the road and sticking up for the rights of cyclers, joggers, and walkers, and have done so many times on this forum. I just don't care to be lectured to or be lumped into a catergory by assumption.

If that was how it was meant, it didn't aggravate me.
