Just go to The Villages Gourmet Club website Search Page (http://thevillagesgourmetclub.com/search.html)...
pick a radius around The Villages (like 30 miles) in Section 3a
then choose Serves Gluten Free Food in Section 4a
and hit the green SEARCH button.

It'll tell you all the restaurants that have gluten-free items on the menu. And you can print the list.
