I believe Allure Loop is in Buttonwood. Maybe you mean Atlas Dog Park on Moyer Loop? If so, call Community Watch for answer.

In our efforts to keep the recreation facilities in optimal condition, the Atlas Canine Recreation Park will be closed for maintenance from Monday, May 2, 2016 to Sunday, May 8, 2016. Any updates on this??? I may broaden my and Beau's social horizons with a trip to Atlas Canine Dog Park once it opens.
