Fiberoptic Internet?

Does anyone know if fiberoptic service is available yet? I guess that would be Verizon FIOS or AT&T UVERSE, right?

Just getting ready to set up a new house and I want to get the fastest....which of course will be antiquated by the end of the year...lol.. Thanks!

CenturyLink has fiber to the house for parts of The Villages, all of the southside. The fastest available is 1 gigabit/sec.
