Has anyone stored their furniture near the Villages while renting and looking for a home? Any recommendations? I am thinking 3 months at the most. Also, can anyone recommend movers when we are ready to move into our home? Thanks for your help.

We stored our furniture at the Village Self Storage in Oxford which is off of 466 near 301. They were clean and affordable, we stored our furniture for about 4 months. The management was very nice and helpful. Hope this helps.

I'm actually wondering the same thing. Has anyone used POD's? I don't know exactly how they work, but I think they allow you to load them, store your items, then have the POD delivered when you are ready to move in.

Is there anyone out there who's used them who can describe their services?
