After four years here in TV just bought our last home on one of the Championship courses. Planning on considering a pool to be added. Price and quality are key. Any contractor recommendations appreciated.:duck:

Hi I had a pool installed in 2013 by Waterman Construction.
Ted, and his wife Gina, were a pleasure to work with. I did
get 3 different estimates and went with Ted. Glad I did.
Their email is: wcc.pools@gmail.com.
BTW- we went with the salt water system, solar heat, and also
a gas heater for those winter months And of course a birdcage.
Good luck with your projects. Connie

TandD For a number of reasons that we witnessed every day while they were constructing it. From design to the last bush replanted, they know what they are doing and the are professional in every way.

I can't say enough good things about them.

Ask for Vera.

2 neighbors used T & D, the finished projects are very nice, but IMHO, took a lot longer then I would have expected. Note sure what they were told, also, I do not know the costs versus other estimates. T & D seems to be the go to contractor, but be prepared to wait. I asked them for an estimate for my driveway expansion, I had the project completed before they could even get out for an estimate.

We recently used Fiesta Pools of Ocala and are completely satisfied with the finished product. Family owned and operated since 1960. 352-622-8978.

They were prompt to provide a quote. Started construction 5 weeks after signing contract. Pool ready to use 8 weeks after start.

Much less expensive than T&D and All Seasons. They are not "flashy" - no 3D displays on a laptop. The two sons of the company founder are running the business and building the pools. These guys have literally been building pools for their entire lives.

I agree. They built mine.

T& D are the best. Our pool was finished sooner than the contract said. Every possible issue that comes up, they are here. Pool is two years old. The pump and parts are warranted for 3 yrs. just had a $300 part replaced for free. Due to my naïveté re pools, I just realized the pool had been leaking since install. Only warranted 1 year. But after two years, they fixed it, no charge, no problem. They may cost a little more but their service is A+++++.

I agree. They built mine.

We are currently under construction with Fiesta Pool and very, very satisfied. Good communication and quality work.

T&d were nice but expensive,All Seasons was rude, some never came for estimate. Went with Wiseman Pools and could not be happier! Price, quality and time it took to do. Shaun Wiseman and Tim Duncan and crew are the BEST! would use them over and over again. Took 10 weeks from start to finish.

We chose All Seasons for 3 reasons. We liked their dome screened roof on the lanai, they are the only one who does the big " picture window" screen on the lanai and we like the ozinator.

We would recommend Fiesta Pools without hesitation.

We tried to get a quote from T&D, but had to wait several weeks just for a meeting, got a quote from another company, but it was inflated because we wanted something a bit different.

One of our neighbours have just had one built by T&D and they have had nothing but trouble during the build which took about 14 or 16 weeks and is about half the size of ours.

Fiesta quoted 5 weeks for the build and they were spot on, they worked very hard and even accommodated small changes we made along the way without a problem or an increase in price.

A family firm, started by the current owners father, with no frills, but real time gained expertise and an incredible work ethic.

Don't be put off by their down to earth sales guy, no hard sell - makes quite a change.

We also had a quote from All Seasons and their time scale of 14 weeks was much too long and their price was a rip off because we wanted something a little different.

Fiesta Pools without reservation on both build quality and price

Fiesta completed a very large complicated pool in just five weeks and we also had a very large domed birdcage 63ft long

We used All Seasons and the experience was AWFUL. Could not recommend them!!

Both T&D and All Seasons were talking long build times for our pool, even though we never actually got around to having a proper meeting with T&D, because we were not prepared to wait, so only talked to them on the phone.

Fiesta worked very hard long days and completed our large job in just 5 weeks and nothing was too much trouble for them. :BigApplause:

Don't bother asking anyone else, just ask Fiesta, they will charge you a fair price and will do a good job. :BigApplause:

T&D without any doubt. We've had three separate projects done by them (driveway extension, pool and concrete work done by the front door to replace plants). I can't say enough good things about their work. Sure you may wait a little while before they start, but it's for a good reason. They do great work and are in demand. If you want your job done quickly, go with another company, and then complain later about the quality of their work. Go with T&D and you won't be sorry.

Any contractor recommendations appreciated.:duck:For me, there's only one that does a superb job of design and construction--T&D Spa and Pool.

We've had several projects done by them. Without going into detail, they pride themselves on never having a dissatisfied customer. They've jumped thru some unbelievable hoops to accomplish that.

The big disadvantage is that they are so good, so much in demand, that it can take many weeks just to have them come out to create a proposal. They're worth the wait though because once you accept their proposal, they start the job and get it done in the time frame they quoted.

My neighbor got frustrated waiting for T&D to come out and make a proposal and hired another contractor who promised the moon. His spa addition project went on and on and on, far beyond the completion date that T&D roughly estimated.

Yes you do have to wait for T&D and we were not prepared to, so we went with Fiesta Pools and it was the best decision ever - hard working, excellent price and absolutely top standard work.

After seeing the mistakes that T&D made on our neighbors new pool recently, then it is obvious that we made the correct choice with choosing Fiesta Pool - I have never heard a single bad word about them, not one! :spoken:

Any contractor recommendations appreciated.:duck:T&D built our pool that came with the house and we later hire them to put additions on the birdcage, build a 'spillover spa' and a summer kitchen.

They are a terrific contractor and a known for seldom having a dissatisfied customer. (I would say "never" but some people will never be satisfied!)

That's the good news. The bad news is that they are so good and so much in demand, that you may have to wait for a couple months for them to even get to you for an estimate. But their policy is, once they give a proposal and it is accepted, they will begin work right away.

All I can say is that they are worth the wait. My neighbor had a spa installed recently and wasn't willing to wait. The contractor he hired promised completion by a certain date. He missed it so badly, my neighbor told me he should have accepted my recommendation and hired T&D.

Yes, I would agree that most of the jobs that T&D do are good jobs, but NOT all - our neighbours had a series of problems with the work quality when they built his pool and yes they put them right - but they shouldn't have happened in the first place 👿👿
It also took them weeks and weeks and they didn't turn up every day and when they did, sometimes they were not there all day - very frustrating when you are eager to try your new pool 👿👿

None of that with Fiesta, they are very hard working, turn up every day and work long days, which is probably why they finish in the time they say they will and do a superb job as well.

FIESTA POOLS of OCALA every time - you will not be disappointed with either the work quality or the price (and no, I am not on commission, just believe in supporting genuine hard working people)

Another vote for T & D! When you sign the contract they give you a finish date, not start date. I had problem with my finish coming off my aluminum on my birdcage, my pool and cage are almost five years old. Randy from T & D came out, one week later it was all replaced. Can't beat that. Very good customer service and they back up there work. Wouldn't have anyone else install my pool.

I can't imagine anyone being better than T and D. We were both so impressed by every single thing they did in the most professional and organized way with extreme skill and experience. They must put in more pools than any company in the entire world. Think about it. They do all new pools for The Villages, and The Villages is the number one fastest growing place in the United States.

We were very pleased at the grading of the pool deck, no water laying about. They pour it and then chalk out any place that would have a slight pooling and fill it so that drainage is accomplished immediately. At our request they made the steps easier to climb as we get older. Flavio was our project manager and he is on the job seven days a week. Even driving by to check the project on weekends. We grew to know him and to respect and like him very much. Vera did the design and we can't say enough about her knowledge, professionalism, ability with design and just plain old fashioned niceness. Randy is the supervisor and was one of those there at the beginning of the company. Realistic, skilled, very experienced, hard working and extremely smart. The man knows the pool business.

Just like The Villages, they don't need to advertise, their customers do it for them. We are more than satisfied customers, we are huge fans of the company.
