We close on our new house on May 27th in Pine Ridge we can hardly wait !
We are looking forward to meeting new neighbors and let the fun begin !!!!

The developer holds a meeting once per week for newcomers at LSL. Call for details.

I was wondering is there any type of neighborhood groups started ?
Something like golf groups, pickle ball, driveway parties, if so how do we get on the email list ?

Best way to make them happen is start them yourself if there are none yet.

Most people are cautious in getting involved in too much at 1st. You could get overloaded real fast.

So happy for you! Hopefully our house will sell quick and then we will be up! Our plan is to move to Pine Ridge area also...or a new area . Hopefully they are building more courtyard villas.

We just purchased a home in Pine Ridge also...will close Aug 8th...So excited!!
Thank you Villagers for helping us through the ENTIRE process!
We have not been here in 3 yrs...can't believe how much traffic now!!

We will be moving into Pine Ridge next month, and also will be looking for groups to join: golf, cards, FUN! Can't wait!
