Looking for a Personal Trainer

I'm looking for a personal trainer. I use the Laurel Manor gym and would like to use the Nautilus equipment but need help with the machines and free weights. The PT would need to be a resident or guest to use the facility. I know about the Wellness Center but prefer to use the Laurel Manor gym. Recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

ThanksI'm a certified personal trainer and would gladly help you develop a training program ( for free). I'm also a psychiatrist here in TV which means I work till 5-6pm 4 days a week....
