Every time Donald Trump opens his mouth, the president's approval rating goes up. By the time his term is over he will be approaching Bill Clinton's numbers when he left office, in the high 60's.

Republicans can only dream of those high approval numbers. George Bush could not leave the house after leaving office when he left the country in the worst recession since the great depression with unemployment above 10% and losing 750,000 jobs per month, people losing their homes, pensions, and savings, the auto industry in bankruptcy. This is the first time Trump has led the matchup since last October. Clinton held a 41% to 36% advantage in early March.

It allows everyone to start out in this forum equal. They can express their political views without having one fanatic tracking and singling them out every time they make a statement of opinion.
